Influencer Marketing Campaign

The Challenge

We were asked by Sofitels marketing partner to develop a strategy for influencer marketing as part of a wider campaign to promote the launch of a new luxury hotel being opened in Leicester Square, London. They challenged us to help them reach an international audience in a compelling way, whilst working with UK based influencers. 

The Solution

 

We developed a comprehensive strategy for the influencer marketing campaign. This included:

  • Conducting audience research

  • Defining key objectives

  • Creating influencer profiles

  • Influencer search process

  • Influencer outreach strategy

  • Execution plans

  • Repurposing content

We then kicked off the campaign, finding, onboarding and working with the first group of influencers before training in-agency staff to take over the project. 

The Results

The hotel and its agency partner were very pleased with the strategy we put together for them, commenting on how clear and easy to follow it was. 

We kick-started this campaign, identifying 30+ relevant influencers and onboarding 80% of them, ready to work with the brand. Under our training initiative, the campaign went on to be a huge success.
